Tax profile for multiple sites

We are creating customer via FBDI. When multiple sites (for a customer) all have the same Tax Registration Number then the Tax FBDI rejects them with the following types of messages:

Tax Profile error:

Cannot upload duplicate registration numbers for party type: CUSTOMER_SITE, party name: Customer123 and party number: 123

Tax Registration error:

Parent entity error exist for this registration record for party type: NO983971636 and

party name: Customer123 and tax regime code: NO VAT and tax: and tax jurisdiction: and effective from: 2000-01-01
