FYI Email triggered by Supplier Registration approval process has EDIT links

In the 'Manage Internal Supplier Registration Approvals' setup, we want to send FYI notification to an user. Please find attached document with email that was triggered. But this FYI email has Edit Links , which are not required for FYI user.

Please advise how to remove this. Because of these links, we are unable to use FYI notifications. I feel any FYI Notification should not have write access links. Its just an FYI and should not have access to edit or modify anything.
