Summary:

Starting 2024, we need to delete or inactivate couple of benefit options from a benefit plan. What are the right steps to do this?

I try to end date the option-- it doesnt work due to parent child relationship-- i tried updating as of 1/1/2024 to remove the plan type from these options and it still doesnt work-- meaning the options are still available for enrollment whenan event is processed for 2024. Please advise.

The plan currently has Employee only,Employee+children,Employee+Family and Employee+Spouse. From 2024, we want to eliminate children and Family options
