How to change Offer Start Date of Internal Candidates

Summary: We need to change the offer start date of internal candidates before we transfer them. We know that in 23B, we are going to have Change Start option to change the dates but we are still in 23A and upgrade to 23B is still couple of months aways hence we would need some solution or workaround for this scenario.
