Automatic checklist assignment

Hi everyone,

we are implementing the onboarding module for a client.

In this regard, we were asked if it was possible for a particular country to use only the onboarding form without the recruiting one.

In this case, there would be an "ACTION" selectable for the checklist that allows for that country to automatically assign tasks to the new employee for that country, not considering move to hr, hire or other recruiting actions.

Is there some way or alternative to get tasks assigned to the new employee.
