Hi,

We have our open enrollment scheduled from 06/01/2023 till 06/15/23. But some employees are getting this error.

I checked the year period on the program level and everything looks fine. Ran the diagnostic log "Benefits Open Enrollment Diagnostic Report" which shows no issues.

Error:

A cache error occurred in the procedure ben_comp_object.set_object. If the enterprise ID or effective date is blank, then the probable cause is that the BEN_ENV_OBJECT.INIT procedure wasn't called. Contact your benefits administrator for a review of the processing log files. Context at the time of error: Enterprise ID 1, Effective Date 2023-06-15, Missing Entity PLIP_ID, ID 300000075696724.
