Feasibility check of Performance Evalution WorkFlow
Hi Team,
I have a requirement that in the workflow of performance evaluation-after, an employee provides the self-evaluation rating, it should go to the manager, once he/she saves the rating it shouldn't be visible to the employee. After that, it should go to the management services team for revision, and then the revised rating should be sent to the manager. Once the manager receives the revised rating, a release button will enable to the manager to release the final rating to the employee.
Could anyone confirm whether the above requirement is feasible in Performance management?
