Misleading tasks completed

Hello,

How are you dealing with activation criteria and the tasks completed progress bar? We have a number of tasks that can be marked as N/A depending on the new hire, can we hide these tasks completly?

It is misleading for the manager to see 3/4 tasks completed. Theoretically it should read 3/3 tasks completed since 1 of them does not apply to the manager. Can this status bar be hidden?
