Content (required): Requirement of Skills and Qualifications page under "My Workforce" tab under APPS. Tried adding it using "Deep Links" but there is some issue on selecting LINK TYPE as "Application Page", as the page blanks out, but on selecting LINK TYPE as "Static URL", it works fine, but the requirement is for "APPLICATION PAGE". Also, the set of employees are needed to be according to "My Workforce", not as of "My Team".
