Summary:

In Contextual Journey Manager is able to perform the task being assigned to someone else. Is this a bug?

Content (required):

I have a contextual journey created and attached to MSS - Transfer transaction.

In the contextual journey, have tasks configured will be assigned to Manager and HRBP (by Area of Responsibility).

But when manager clicked Transfer transaction and started the journey, manager can also perform this task which is being assigned to HRBP. This is what we are expecting. In the regular journey, manager can see the tasks being assigned to others, but not able to perform the task unless the task is assigned to his/her direct reports.
