Candidate to auto move to next state if not found as a duplicate

Summary:

We created duplicate check action in the first state of CSP as we collecting national identifier during the application processes. Requirement is to auto move a candidate to the next state if candidate is not found as a duplicate. Kindly suggest if there is any fast formula can be used for the auto progression. Also, share you experience if any one have the similar kind of requirement.
