Restrict visibility of specific groups of PDs from HR

Hello,


My organization wants to explore using performance documents for high level employees, such as VPs and execs. We want visibility to these documents to be limited to a specific group of administrators, and for most of HR to not be able to access or view them. Has anyone accomplished something similar?
