what are the Oracle archiving(storage) rules with regards to Job Requisitions, Candidate Applications , internal documents/attachments added to a candidates application.

Do these all remain for entirety of Oracle contract or will be removed from ORC after a period of time (i.e. 12 months, 24 months...)?
