Requirement for Pause reservation if the Order requested date is beyond 90 days

Summary:

We have a requirement to create custom orchestration rule to pause reservation if the Order Schedule Ship date is beyond 90 days from the current date, and automatically release pause and reserve the order if the SSD of Sales order falls within 90 days, we followed the document provided by Oracle but the rule is not working and applying pause to even the sales orders that have SSD within 90 days from current date.

Its an urgent requirement, I am not able to form the correct expression. I need help in building this expression. I got a document from Oracle as attached 'Samplepauserules', but the If and Then conditions need to be corrected.
