OMP-Search Locations is not consistent between external and internal candidate

Hi Oracle, I have been to told to raise the discussion here for the SR I have logged, SR 3-33472025851

We have noticed the location search results when external candidates or employees are not yielding the same results.

Screenshots attached to explain the difference in the expected behavior,

External candidate when they search for location equals to Michigan.

Internal candidate when they search location equals to Michigan.


Please could you go through the issue and help us provide a solution.
