Can't save a service request
Summary:
When trying to save a new HR HD Service Request, we're facing the following message:
Content (required):
We have setup our Service Request Statuses using the "Manage Status Values for HR Help Desk Requests" page.
5 Statuses, all active.
Can't find any info related to this error code SVC-5295051.
Any idea, please?
