Can we send requester details in a punchout

Summary

Can the requester email or any unique identifier be sent to the supplier in a cxml integration for a punchout.

Content

1) We have 4 different Business Unit and the content displayed by the supplier should be different for each BU requester.

Hence our supplier was asking if they will know the requester email in the cxml integration so that he can restrict some catalog or products from being ordered.

2) Can the supplier send TAX information in the punchout.

I see Tax on a PO but not on a Requisition. Am I missing it?
