Log for user's navigation in Oracle Fusion

Is there any log/table/trace, anything, that is able to reflect when user presses any of this buttons after login:

Anyone could tell if this is a reliable way to know the navigation of the users?

It seems related to profile = FND_TRACK_USER_ACTIVITY
