Summary: Correcting questionnaire responses from a previous version


Content (required): We are using a questionnaire task within our off-boarding journey for our exit surveys. We occasionally need to make a change on our exit survey questionnaire which results in a new questionnaire version. When re-opening the questionnaire in the 'assigned journeys' search, the questionnaire opens to a blank questionnaire if the responses were completed on an older questionnaire version. In this case, from the business user's perspective, the questionnaire appears to be totally wiped out and the off-boarding process is disrupted and not trusted.

Overtime the meaning of list values and other defined items change with the business. For various reasons, there are times we need to go back to older versions of questionnaires to update/correct the questionnaire performer's original responses. Is there a way to accomplish this? Is there a way we access an older survey version and make changes to that particular questionnaire?
