How to create customer relationship hierarchy in fusion?

Summary:

we would like to know how to configure the customer relationship at customer/Account level also when we assign the credit limit at parent level but this credit limit can be used by child customers as well?

can someone please suggest how to achieve this requirement.

we are in implementation phase where the above requirement is currently working in EBS would like to bring same in Fusion.
