Benefits Service Center - List of people does not match count

Summary:

List of names in Person Search does not match quantity seen on Benefits Service Center page. I made adjustments to the ORA_BEN_RESP_SUMMARY lookup, thinking it was including things I would not be concerned with, but it did not make a difference. I've played with the filters on the Person Search field...no luck. Looking for ideas as to why I wouldn't see say, 7 results, for example, when it says there are 7?
