Facing Error: You need to enter a date of birth that's before the start date of the person record.
Summary:
Hello, we're performing data migration of contacts for benefits.
We have faced the following error: 'You need to enter a date of birth that's before the start date of the person record.'
The employee hire date is 12/09/11. For effective start date of the contact we're putting 1/7/22.
The contact date of birth is 8/10/2022.
Below screenshot is the spreadsheet data loader.
Can someone advice on how to resolve the issue so that the contact can be migrated.
Thanks
