Transfer Touchpoint of Direct Report to Other Line Manager

Currently, there is no option to transfer the authority to create a Touchpoint of my direct report to other Line Manager. Unlike with Performance Document, this is allowed and there is an option to "Transfer". However with Touchpoint, I can't see any option.

I'm not sure if this functionality is not really available in the system or am I just missing a privilege to the role?

Please see attached screenshot (I'm logged in as the Actual Line Manager, trying to transfer it to other LM)
