How to Restrict candidates while applying to requisition

Dear Experts,

Is there is way to restrict candidates while applying to requisition.

Scenario - Candidate "1001" applied to 5 requisitions from career site and trying to apply 6th requisition, hence in this case 6th application system should directly restrict the candidate or application should go to the phase Rejected by Employer.
