Can we limit the notification being received by managers when standard alert notification for perf?

Summary:

We have a Mid - year performance document which only include the Confirm review meeting held by manager.

Behavior: When the Standard Alert Notifications are triggered, managers will receive separate notifications for each of their direct reports. This means that if a manager has 10 direct reports, they will receive 10 individual notifications, one for each direct report.
