How to make the customization only applies to a specific page?

The team is seeking to customize a specific page within the Evaluation Topics section. Navigation is Me >Career > Performance >Performance. Specifically, they want to add hyperlinks to the competencies on that page. However, any modifications made to this page seem to affect other Evaluation Topic pages as well.
For instance, there are two configured Evaluation Topics:
- Performance Goals: This page contains assigned goals for the employee, such as Goal 1, Goal 2, Goal 3, and Goal 4.
- Guiding Values: This page includes Value 1, Value 2, Value 3, and Value 4.
The intention is to add hyperlinks to each value on the Guiding Values page that direct to a document stored in SharePoint. However, it appears that after implementing this change, it also impacts the goals on the Performance Goals page.
