In Oracle Journeys, How to link a Buddy checklist to the Onboardee?

Our client is aiming to have a checklist for a Buddy. This checklist is intended to be allocated to an employee that will act as a buddy of the onboardee. However, they want to have a link between the buddy and the onboardee, or the buddy should be able to identify that the checklist he/she's performing is linked to the onboardee.
