How to edit page title on Questionnaire

We have the requirement to edit the title of a questionnaire to say something different than "Key Reviewer Questionnaire."
Content (required):
We have the requirement to edit the title of a questionnaire to say something different than "Key Reviewer Questionnaire." I have updated all titles and descriptions on the Questionnaire and the Questionnaire Template but when the user clicks into the Evaluate button the title of the page still says "Key Reviewer Questionnaire." See attached screenshot. Is there a way to update this title other than customizing the page?
