Vanity Email - SPF Setup IP Whitelisting
Summary: We are setting up the Sender Policy Framework (SPF) policy on our "@company.com" domain to ensure that outbound emails deliver successfully to external candidates. We are following this document: Enable Vanity Email (oracle.com).
IT has asked a couple of questions in relation to the SPF setup:
(1) How can we find the Oracle IP address(es) so we can whitelist them? We want to be sure that only Oracle can use the domain to send emails, and no malicious entities can send from the email if they were to get access.
(2) Are IP addresses unique for each company?
