Notifications were triggered for previously assigned checklists after checklist update sync job run

We enabled Journeys on 1st July 2023.

After enabling Journeys, We made below changes to one of the tasks to our existing offboarding checklist.

1. Make the task Inactivate, save
2. Make the task Active and optional, save
3. change the task type to Application task and save

Then ran the job "Update Assigned Journey Attributes Based on Modified Journey Template" for this checklist only once.

We noticed that, Notifications were triggered to all workers (active and Inactive) who are having this offboarding checklist as Initiated status. This Offboarding Checklist tasks are triggered automatically on 02-Jul-2023 and submitted by user FUSION_APPS_HCM_ESS_APPID, as seen in Transaction Console.
