Please advise how the customer Profile History & Profile Class is getting defaulted in Customer 

Example:

  1. Once the customer name & Site details are entered & saved,
  2. then query the same customer (Manage Customers)
  3. Click on Customer Account
  4. Click on Profile History
  5. Profile History is created with Effective Start & End Date along with Profile Class

Please advise how the profile history is defaulted in customer
