Can you change how Opportunity Marketplace job alerts are pulling?

Summary: The Opp. Marketplace internal job alerts appear to have an OR and not an AND as the factor when pulling new items from the selected interests of an employee. Is this the case? If you choose multiple organizations, families, etc. ?

Content (required): When an employee selects interests within Opp. Marketplace they select an organization (we have multiple) and then they will select a job family. We have found that the options, when the alert goes out, pulls the chosen organization OR the job family(ies) selected. We are looking to have it choose the organization AND the job family(ies) and show those requisitions. What is the recommendation for interest choices?
