For 23B fusion updates,there is a new feature of NUDGE USERS TO COMPLETE TASKS. / for checklist

can anyone share more information please regarding this new feature : 

1. Line manager is will be able to see nudge about tasks waiting for his direct reports ? (not his tasks)

2. How will the Nudge look appear ? in a page and a card that opens up the fusion page where the taks should be held ?

3. can the Nudge be sent by an email ?
