When an absence request is approved, the manager and employee have the option to create a calendar entry (via .ics file). By default, the calendar entry seems to be set to 'private' in outlook. Is there a way to remove the 'private' flag? I know this can be done 'manually' for each calendar appointment but wondering if the default can be changed.

If yes, can this be done conditionally based on the leave type? We want annual leave to be visible to all, but other absences types e.g. sickness should remain private.
