The 'Thank you' notification after a feedback doesn't load the graphic/image

Hi Friends ,
Can you help me figure out what could be done to fix this?
An employee A provided feedback to another employee B
Employee B sent Thank you to A.
When A opens the Thank you via the bell notification, he sees the Thank you message. However, it appears that there is an image next to the message that doesn't load.
This is observed consistently. What graphic could be missing and is there a way to make it apopear?
