Benefits: Can document upload in benefit program be made mandatory only to specific employees?
Our client has a benefit program in which there are document uploads configured.
Usually, each year during the open period, there is automatic renewal. This means that the same options chosen during last year (e,g 2022) is kept the same. So during this open period employee has the choice either to keep the same or make any changes.
The client requirement is that during the open period only employee who are making changes to the option, should have the document (Proposal form) mandatory as pending action.
Employees who have not make any changes should not have the document as pending action.
