Dont want Performance Goals to come up in Goal Dashboard

Summary:

Hello,

My client uses performance documents to evaluate probation review and transfer/promote review on 60 and 90 days respectively. We plan to use goal sections and hard code these goals at the template level.

We configured separate performance document types (in addition to a generic annual performance document type) and have not referenced these probation document types in the goal plan level.

We noticed that managers cannot access probation performance document whose document types are not part of the goal plan and can access only when probation document types are mapped at the goal plan level, this results in probation review goals appearing in goal dashboard and accessible.

Howdy, Stranger!
