Can Manager stop the notification that is sent to the employee when they request feedback on them?

Summary:

Hi friends,

Need your inputs on a feature of Requested Feedback.

When a Manager requests someone to provide feedback on one of their Direct Reports, they can choose to not disclose the feedback to the direct report in question. However, the direct report still gets a notification (bell and email) that feedback has been requested on them by their manager.

Is there a way for the manager to go completely sly and not even let the report know that feedback has been requested on their behalf?
