Is it possible to apply SLR when using Public Transportation?

Summary:

We would like to use Street Level Routing for resources using Public Transportation (set in the Resource Information). How can we do this?

Is there a setting to allow this? I have tested using the normal settings but was unsuccessful, (perhaps because the Test system is not configured in the same way as the Live system).
