Roles/privilege required to view 'Collaboration Messaging' (CMK) Dashboard without setup/edit access

Summary:

We want to create a role so that users can view the Dashboard (Infolets) without having any setup/edit access for E-Invoicing.

Content (required):

We could not find a role/privilege providing this access without providing other setup access. We need this access for both AR outbound and AP Inbound.
