What is the possibility security system for a candidat Pool global Talent community ?
Summary:
Is it possible to use a security system to make visible into the candidat pool based on talent community, only candidat applying for a country to a recruiter with the perimeter of this country?

Actual behavior:
When a candidate apply on spontaneous application, he selects the country where he wants to apply (example: China), and his application goes to the talent community candidat pool.
His application is visible by all recruiter having access to candidat pool.
Expected behavior:
Only the recruiter belonging to "china" should be able to see the candidate having selected "china" as country to apply in the candidat pool -Talent community
