How to disable strategies in advanced collections completely?

Summary:

We have enabled collection method : Dunning plan as we intend to only send dunning letters based on aging.

But I see that the strategy assignment to customers can still be possible if we run strategy assignment based on scoring job, even though collection method is : Dunning plans. How can we completely disable strategies based on scoring so that our users cannot see the strategies associated to customer delinquencies in collections dashboard?
