is there a way to hide the Career Development and Career Planning tiles on Career and Performance page?

We have not rolled out Career Development or Career Planning yet.  I need to get rid of the Career Development and Career Planning tiles on Career and Performance page.  I could not find anything under Structure. I’m not able to hide them using Page Composer – the “Edit Component” is greyed out, not editable.  Any help will be greatly appreciated!!

We are using the seeded PER Employee role.
