Why 'Send Dunning Letters' sometimes does not pick delinquent transactions?

Dunning letter doesnt get generated for delinquent transactions.

Content (required):

I have disabled feature - 'Collections Scoring and Strategy Assignments by Segment' as we do not have strategies in scope.

I have run 'Collections Scoring' job and marked the transaction as Delinquent. There are 2 problems.

  1. Even after updating collection dashboard through standard ESS job, the delinquent customer doesn't appear in the dashboard. When I search the customer in the dashboard, it shows me its delinquent transaction. but collector details in 'profile' tab are not correct. It shows 'Default collector'.
  2. Another issue is, when I try to run 'Send Dunning Letters' program, it fails with error that there are no delinquent transactions for the customer. This is happening despite the fact that delinquency is recorded in the table.
