18B: unable to open a PD

Summary

unable to open a PD details by clicking on the PD Name hyperlink. The Search page gets reset

Steps to reproduce:

1) Log in as a user with permissions to search for other workers PDs
2) Navigation steps: My Client Groups > Performance > Tasks > Search for My Organization Performance Documents
3) select a Performance Document Name
4) enter a worker name
5) click Search >> the record is populated in the Search Results
6) click on the Performance Document Name hyperlink in the Search Results
>> the search page is re-set, all populated fields get blank again and the record in the search results disappear
>> then get the Error Message [1] when clicking anywhere on the page, then Error Message [2], then Error Message [3]. Screen shots are attached
