Benefit Eligibility Process

We use the benefits module and run the eligibility process on a monthly basis with a single objective, to remove dependents who have reached the age limit from the health benefit.

But this eligibility process updates the entire employee benefit base every time it runs, even those who have not had any changes.

we want to turn off this update process because today it generates more problems than benefits, that is, we will no longer run in our base, do you see any possible impact in not running this process anymore? Is he responsible for updating benefits due to other actions that occur in the employee record?
