This is a little hard to describe.  My business partner is having an issue using IE11.  When she goes into her performance document, and clicks on a goal to access the details, as she scrolls down the page, a header area appears at the top of the page (sort of like a freeze pane function).  When she scrolls back up to the top of the page, this header area is not disappearing, and it covers the Save button, so she can't save any changes she made to her goals (see screenshot - sorry for the slightly fuzzy resolution).  One of our
