Summary:

The records in the workspace search results does not reflect the change in real time until the periodic refresh is completed. In our case, the periodic refresh is scheduled hourly as recommended by Oracle, but this is too late and the Users are complaining. Is there a performance implication if we changed the periodic schedule to run like every 5mins? What is your recommended schedule as per experience?
