Agent Presence and Availability tool bar is not available to Agents
Summary:
As per the Omni Channel Configuration, we tried configuring step by step even though we are not able set the Presence and Availability for Agent.
We're able to see the presence and availability in 'Crm UI' but not able to see in 'Fscm UI'. I've attached screenshot for your reference.
Kindly let me know why presence and availability is not available in Fscm.
