Our client has a need to have a grade assignment threshold for their direct reports.

Summary: Our client has a need to have a grade assignment threshold for their direct reports. They use 5 rating levels, ranging from 1 to 5 , with 1 being the lowest rating and 5 the highest.

The appraiser can only assign a rating of 5 to 10% of his staff on a competency assessed in the performance appraisal, and can also only assign a rating of 4 to 20% of his staff. If he/she exceeds this limit, the system must display an error message and block the continuation of the appraisal, so that he/she does not assign the grade 5 to more than 10% of his/her staff, and so that he/she does not assign the grade 4 to more than 20% of his/her staff.
